Robert Braath is attributed to saying that, “gratitude and attitude are not challenges; they are choices.” I have found that gratitude and attitude may be one of my most difficult challenges. Somedays I am exhausted and often overwhelmed with the variety of things I place on myself. It is difficult to make the decision to be resilient and unshakeable.
However, when I make the conscious choice to become resilient to hardship, I find more joy and gratitude seep into my daily life. Choose to be resilient!
Yes, to “choose to be” is really important. We tend to just run away from problems… It takes skills and courage.

The more you try, the easier it gets – then it becomes second nature.

That’s a wonderful thought Josh. Now just imagine if you didn’t place all those burdens on yourself. I know, I know, easier said than done. Believe me I’ve been there and I can relate, though remember it is a choice. Difficult as it may be.

I think you are right on that one. Probably should learn to delegate responsibilities more effectively 😅
